Fintop Consulting is a global recruitment partner specialising in financial services and fintech talent. We are currently hiring on behalf of a leading international brokerage firm offering multi-asset trading solutions across global markets.

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow a prominent Forex and CFD brokerage in the Philippines. This strategic leadership role involves driving business expansion, managing regional operations, and leading local teams to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in B2B Forex/CFD markets. You will identify business opportunities, establish strong client and partner relationships, and execute growth strategies aligned with global best practices in the trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the country’s business operations, sales performance, and market expansion.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market presence in the Philippines.
  • Lead the acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing local team; recruit, coach, and mentor staff to exceed performance targets.
  • Ensure strong brand visibility through strategic partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to deliver tailored client experiences.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary representative and spokesperson for the brokerage in the local market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales/Account Management roles.
  • Prior leadership or country management experience within financial services or trading sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the Philippine market, client segments, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino (verbal and written) is required.
