FinTop Consulting is supporting a leading client in the online trading industry to hire a Country Manager / Sales Team Lead for Vietnam. This is a key growth role focused on expanding market presence, building partnerships, and driving revenue in a high-performance trading environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially strong professional with experience in FX/CFD brokerage to lead and grow the Vietnam market. You will take ownership of business development, partnerships, and sales performance in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and market growth in Vietnam
• Build and manage relationships with IBs and affiliates
• Lead and support a small sales team to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in FX/CFD or online trading industry (essential)
• Background in sales, BD, or regional/country leadership roles
• Strong IB/affiliate network in Vietnam or SEA preferred
• Proven track record of revenue generation and growth
• Fluent in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
