Business Development Executive

About the role:

The Business Development Executive will oversee increasing the company's clientele and presence in the Middle East. The position entails advertising a range of financial services in accordance with UAE regulatory standards, building strategic alliances, and representing the firm at industry events. The person will be crucial in bolstering B2B (partners, IBs, affiliates) and B2C (retail/HNI customers) channels while guaranteeing compliance with the requirements of an introducing/marketing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients across the Middle East
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, HNIs, and institutional prospects
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
  • Expand regional distribution channels to increase client reach and trading volumes
  • Maintain continuous engagement with partners to improve retention and productivity
  • Represent the company at financial expos, fintech conferences, and investment events
  • Promote the company’s financial offerings, including global investment products and trading solutions
  • Coordinate with compliance teams for KYC/AML and onboarding requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue performance in CRM systems
  • Regularly inform management of pipeline and performance data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations departments to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related profession.
  • Experience in sales and business development in financial services, fintech, broking, or trading platforms. Bilingual Arabic speaker with great English skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Middle East (GCC) financial markets and client behaviour.
  • Experience with trading and investing instruments, including stocks, derivatives, and CFDs.
  • A network of clients, partners, or IBs in the region is strongly recommended.
  • Willingness to travel around the Middle East for client meetings and events.
