???? What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing IT assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals, network equipment)
• Setting up and configuring hardware/software for new joiners
• Administering Active Directory, user accounts, and access controls
• Managing Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace environments
• Supporting internal users with day-to-day IT issues (hardware, software, network)
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents efficiently
• Supporting CRM systems and other business applications
• Performing system updates, backups, and maintenance
• Monitoring IT security and ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Maintaining clear documentation and reporting on IT operations

? What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT Support / System Administration
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows environment, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
• Good communication skills and a user-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
