Job Description

We are partnering with a leading global FX liquidity and trading technology provider that delivers institutional-grade execution solutions, liquidity aggregation, and pricing technology to banks, brokers, and financial institutions worldwide. The firm is expanding its presence in the Middle East and is now seeking a Senior Institutional Sales professional to join its growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and promote the firm’s FX product suite across the MENA region
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new institutional technology clients, including onshore and offshore banks
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan targeting NDF market-making banks
  • Deliver tailored client solutions using proprietary trading technology and liquidity platforms
  • Support client presentations and product demonstrations alongside the sales team
  • Manage and respond to technical and commercial proposal requests across the region
  • Leverage competitive liquidity and pricing to drive growth in NDF trading volumes and expand institutional relationships
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring strong relationship management and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Institutional FX sales, with strong exposure to FX trading markets, products, and platforms
  • Proven track record in institutional client acquisition and relationship management
  • Strong understanding of FX liquidity, NDF markets, and execution workflows
  • Ability to quickly adapt and take ownership of core product offerings
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and commercial skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong NDF (Non-Deliverable Forwards) experience and proven exposure in institutional FX sales, particularly working with banks and institutional clients in the UAE or broader GCC region.
