Hiring: Client Onboarding Specialist | Nicosia, Cyprus

A growing fintech/payments company in Cyprus is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and documentation review
• Support KYC/compliance-related onboarding processes
• Coordinate with Compliance, Support, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication
• Deliver a smooth and professional onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in client onboarding or similar role is mandatory
• Background within fintech, payments, financial services, or technology sectors preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CRM experience and attention to detail
• Knowledge of AML/KYC processes is considered an advantage
• CySEC AML or related certifications are a plus

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Salary: Open to discuss depending on experience
