Job Description

A leading fintech organization specializing in high-performance trading infrastructure, liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, and ultra-low-latency connectivity solutions. The company also provides institutional-grade hosting, bridging, and white-label platforms for global financial clients.

Looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to build, operate, and optimize a high-availability trading infrastructure platform that powers mission-critical systems. This is a 24/7 uptime-focused role with responsibilities across reliability, automation, performance tuning, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve availability, scalability, and performance of core systems
• Support and optimize low-latency distributed infrastructure
• Design and implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and configuration
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Monitor system health and respond to incidents in real time
• Tune databases, services, and network performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
• Experience with low-latency systems troubleshooting and optimization
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and ClickHouse
• Strong scripting ability in Python, Go, or similar
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible or SaltStack)
• Hands-on CI/CD experience (GitLab preferred)
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform)
• Containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes or Nomad)
• Monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, InfluxDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with HashiCorp stack (Consul, Vault, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading, or high-frequency systems
• Understanding of market connectivity or exchange protocols
• Experience with ultra-low-latency architecture
