Job Description

We’re hiring a strong Principal DevOps Engineer to join an international fintech company operating high-load production infrastructure at scale. This is a hands-on senior role focused on AWS infrastructure, platform reliability, automation, observability, and security engineering.

You’ll work on real production systems, influence architecture decisions, and help scale a modern cloud-native environment used in a fast-paced fintech/FX space.

What You’ll Be Working With

• AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS)
• Terraform (modules, remote state, workspaces, best practices)
• Ansible automation
• Kubernetes & Docker environments
• Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch
• PostgreSQL & ClickHouse
• CI/CD engineering and infrastructure reliability
• VPNs, Cloudflare, DNS, TLS, security hardening

What We’re Looking For

• Native Russian Speaker
• Strong commercial AWS experience
• Deep Terraform knowledge
• Hands-on Ansible experience
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Experience supporting high-load production systems
• Understanding of SRE principles and infrastructure resiliency
• Fintech / FX/trading industry experience is highly valued
