About the Company

The company partners with Forex and CFD brokers, delivering trading platforms, payment solutions, CRM systems, and marketing support to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain client trading systems and platforms
  • Monitor exposures according to established guidelines and coordinate with Risk Management regarding hedging
  • Work closely with clients’ risk and compliance teams to ensure a structured, risk-controlled trading environment and ensure trading systems operate smoothly
  • Verify market movements and associated P&L prior to the release of client funds
  • Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory and risk frameworks

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications
