Job Description

We are looking for a?Trading Platform Engineer?to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will manage Windows Server environments and electronic trading platforms (MT4/MT5), ensuring the stability and reliability of critical trading systems. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage, configure, and maintain MT4/MT5 trading servers and related systems 
• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues, including crash dump analysis and performance tuning 
• Deploy platform upgrades, patches, and configuration updates 
• Support integration between trading platforms and liquidity aggregation systems 
• Work closely with support and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues 
• Monitor system performance, availability, and stability of client trading environments using monitoring and alerting tools 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and MT4/MT5 platform management 
• Strong knowledge of Windows troubleshooting and diagnostic tools (WinDbg, Event Viewer, Sysinternals) 
• Solid understanding of FX/CFD trading concepts and trading platform operations 
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) 
• SQL knowledge for troubleshooting databases and generating reports 
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana) 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
