About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and business growth across the LATAM region for a leading FX/CFD broker. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating net deposits, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business within the online trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across the LATAM region.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Money Managers, and other strategic partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly net deposit and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across LATAM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding experience for partners and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of business development experience with an FX/CFD broker.
  • Demonstrated success in generating strong net deposits and consistently achieving commercial targets.
  • Established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners across LATAM.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Candidates should be based in Brazil, Mexico, or another LATAM country.
