About the Role

Our client is seeking both Junior and Senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive client acquisition and business growth for a leading FX/CFD broker based in Dubai. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals with a proven track record of generating net deposits and developing strategic partnerships across the MENA and Asia regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales and partner channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Money Managers, and other strategic partners.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly net deposit and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the MENA and Asia markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional partner and client support.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of business development experience with an FX/CFD broker.
  • Proven track record of generating an average of at least USD 75,000 in monthly net deposits.
  • Candidates consistently generating USD 150,000 to USD 200,000+ in average monthly net deposits will be highly regarded.
  • Established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and trading communities across the MENA and Asia regions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven and commercial mindset.
  • Must be based in Dubai.
