Fintop Consulting is partnering with a leading global FX/CFD brokerage to hire a Client Success Specialist (Japanese Speaker) for their Kuala Lumpur office.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in the FX, CFD, brokerage, or financial services industry who enjoys building client relationships, resolving complex queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve client queries and escalations efficiently and professionally
• Build strong client relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Japanese speaker
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in Client Services, Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
• FX, CFD, Brokerage, Trading, or Financial Services experience required
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
• Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous
