Job Description

FinTop Consulting has partnered with a fast-growing gaming & entertainment company based in Limassol, Cyprus, to find an experienced ASO Manager to drive app visibility, rankings, and organic growth across iOS and Android.

The Role

• Manage and optimise App Store & Google Play listings
• Improve keyword rankings and organic downloads
• Optimise titles, descriptions, screenshots and store assets
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Track rankings, downloads, ratings and reviews
• Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Design teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on ASO experience across iOS & Android
• Proven track record of improving rankings and organic downloads
• Experience with tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower or similar
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have

Gaming, Forex or Gambling experience is essential. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
