The Role

• We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead crypto-focused partnership and client growth initiatives across targeted MENA markets. This role will play a key part in expanding the client's digital assets business, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue and trading volume growth in a fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, trading volume, and active client growth for crypto products across targeted MENA countries
• Execute growth strategy via Introducing Brokers (IBs), strategic partners, and regional business development initiatives
• Identify and onboard new partnerships to expand presence in emerging crypto and digital asset markets
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, leveraging existing networks to accelerate growth
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and market trends in the crypto/digital assets space across the region
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experience
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial performance

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within crypto, fintech, or trading (FX/CFD experience also considered)
• Strong understanding of the crypto/digital assets landscape, trends, and regulatory environment in MENA
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value partner relationships
• Existing network of contacts within the crypto/trading ecosystem is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
