Fulltime - B2B Contract

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience working as an MT4/MT5 Administrator, with experience analysing clients’ abusive trading strategies and monitoring execution and feeds. Experience working with industry-leading bridge providers is also required.
Responsibilities:

  • Configure trading platforms and coordinate with brokers and platform vendors regarding settings, configurations, and support-related issues.
  • Set up trading instruments and test new products and technology integrations related to trading.
  • Manage general MT4/MT5 and cTrader configurations, including bridge setups such as Centroid, OneZero, and PrimeXM.
  • Improve and maintain existing procedures, trading environments, configurations, groups, symbols, gateways, and related setups.
  • Integrate, test, and provide support for MQ-native, third-party, and in-house tools, software, and plugins.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and FAQs covering trading-related topics for clients and employees.
  • Handle Level 2 (L2) chats, tickets, and client complaints, particularly those related to trading and market data.
  • Provide support and guidance on queries related to trading, platforms, and trading strategies.
  • Review platform upgrades and ensure compliance with breach rules.
  • Monitor live account activity to identify and address potentially suspicious behaviour and conduct client profiling.
  • Reconcile trades between clients and the company’s trading accounts.
  • Identify solutions and suggest new ideas to improve and enhance trading products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry and/or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager, Administrator, and trading platforms.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an MT4 Administrator OR at least 5 years of experience working with MT4.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, statistical, financial, and IT skills.
  • Proven experience and capabilities in risk management.
  • A strong understanding of risk management and/or CFD trading.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in trading, risk management, or dealing in futures and/or equities is essential.
  • Knowledge of CFD trading and associated risks is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and related technologies.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a shift-based schedule, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. Candidates unable to work shifts would need to demonstrate stronger experience in the other areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues promptly.

Will be considered an advantage:

  • Practical experience working with SQL and Python queries.
  • Hands-on experience with trading technologies such as Centroid, OZ Hub, and XCore.
